1. Which countries does SHIRTS FOR LIFE deliver to?

SHIRTS FOR LIFE delivers to Germany.

2. With which service providers does SHIRTS FOR LIFE ship?

To ensure a fast and smooth delivery of your new favorite pieces, we have reliable partners with whom we work closely: We ship your order with DHL GoGreen and the United Parcel Service (UPS).

3. What are the shipping costs at SHIRTS FOR LIFE?

For a delivery with an order value of up to 50€ within Germany, the shipping costs are 4,90€. If the value of your order is higher than 50€, the shipping is free of charge for you.

• There is no minimum order value.
• All prices in EUR and incl. VAT of 19%.

4. I would like to change my delivery address later. Is this possible?

The subsequent change of the delivery address is not possible.

Once your package has left our warehouse, we will send you a shipping confirmation by e-mail. This contains a shipping number, with which you can track your package yourself.

5. Can I choose an alternative delivery date for my order?

Unfortunately, we have no influence on the delivery date. You can not change the delivery date. However, it is possible to track the shipment in your customer account. This is done via a tracking number.

6. I have not received my order yet. What can I do?

Please check if the 5 working days after ordering are already over. If this period has expired, please send us an e-mail via our contact form and we will check the status of your order immediately. It is not advisable to ask by phone, because the system check takes a moment. Usually your package will leave our warehouse after 48 hours on working days.

7. Do you deliver to packing stations or parcel stores?

Unfortunately, we cannot deliver your order to Packstations or Paketshops at the moment. We are working on it and do our best to make it possible soon.

8. I want to track the status of my delivery. How does it work?

Tracking your delivery is very easy at SHIRTS FOR LIFE. Just log in to your customer account. We will also send a shipping confirmation to your email address after your order has left our warehouse. This contains a link that allows you to check the status of your delivery at any time.
